My Birthday Card

My Dad sent me this birthday card. It has my Mom's beautiful calligraphy on the envelope. She signed the card, too. My Mom passed away 2 months ago. Does my Dad have connections on the other side? What a treasure this is!

Carpet Woes

On Tuesday, April 14, I worked hard cleaning the carpet at our rental. It looked pretty good when I left.

I came back 2 days later, and this is what the carpet looked like:I had spent several hours over several days trying to clean it and it still wasn't getting clean. I finally just replaced it.

More Snow Pictures

We have had such crazy weather this year. I really love daffodils. They remind me of sunshine and of spring. It is so sad to see them in the snow.

Birthday Dinner

Today is my birthday, and Hannah and I went out to dinner at Azteca. Mike is in Georgia on a business trip, so he didn't get to come with us. By the way, the picture is backwards. Hannah took it with my phone.
